Christmas 2010

Christmas was in Seattle this year. Aunt Courtney and Uncle Don, along with cousin Chloe and cousin Ripley, were great hosts, and made Rex's first Christmas truly special! Rex loved seeing Nana and Pop-pop and playing with all the toys that were around.

SNOW!

Thanksgiving weekend brought with it two great things: a visit from Uncle Lootsie and snow in the mountains just outside Fresno. Good thing Rex likes both of those things!

Painting Turkey

In keeping with a time honored tradition, Rex got to paint turkeys using his hands. Well, he got a bit of help from mom, but he still seemed to enjoy himself especially in his new "smock".

Rex seemed to enjoy the traditional meal with all the fixings almost as much as he enjoyed his post meal nap!

Playing in the leaves

We woke up on Thanksgiving morning to beautiful fall leaves all over the yard. At first Rex wasn't so sure, but they very quickly became fun to play in!

An early birthday present arrived from Nana today! A bus complete with a horn and slide. What could be more fun!

(And what happens next? Yup, Rex grabs Lexi's fur and she lets out a fun yelp sound and jumps off the bed while Rex just laughs. Poor Lexi! But at least the pictures are cute)

Veteran's Day

Rex just wanted to give a big "thank you" to all those that serve our country!

Well, really, it's how Rexton used to get baths, but he still seems to like an occasional dip in the sink.

Halloween

Introducing the Rubble Family! This was Mom's first attempt at homemade costumes. Rex got to go trick or treating in Old Town Clovis, but he wasn't too sure of all those costumes! The best part was seeing the jack-o-latern all lit up!
