The tiniest hospital gown ever!
That sign says "Emergency"Our poor little man had been fighting a cold and some sort of stomach bug since Monday. Well, on Thursday night he started vomiting repeatedly, so after a quick call to the on-call pediatrician, we were off to the ER to check his stomach valves. Turns out he was a tad dehydrated and overly congested. They used the coolest suction machine to clear out his nasal passages...this thing left him drier than a Fresno summer!...and gave him Pedialyte to solve the dehydration issues. So after a few short hours we all headed home, relieved and exhausted, but healthy (well, no more vomiting!) Valley Children's is a great hospital, but we never want to go back.
